Lendsmart is an AI-driven platform that automates and digitizes the lending and home-buying operations. When we first joined the Lendsmart team, it was the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, which had a large impact on their industry and created an even greater need for better lending and home buying processes.

Our work with Lendsmart began with designing and building a website that would clearly communicate the benefits of their solution to lenders, banks, and credit unions. In turn, we were able to increase brand awareness and drive organic traffic, incentivizing customers to sign up for a demo and convert. We continued to support Lendsmart with a communication strategy, focused on content marketing and email marketing.

Solution

The current housing market, coupled with the Covid-19 pandemic, provided Lendsmart with an opportunity to meet their audience with a solution when they needed it most.

With so much buzz around the SBA’s PPP loan and Lendsmart’s exciting partnerships, we supported Lendsmart through brand amplification efforts, beginning with a PR and blog strategy. We shared Lendsmart’s exciting news through press releases, leading them to be featured in publications, like InvestorPlace and Global Banking and Finance.

As our relationship continued and Lendsmart experienced tremendous growth, we built out organic blog posts, managed social media sharing, and continued to support them in providing communication efforts for partnerships and news. We complimented our communication strategy by connecting the Lendsmart team with an outsourced sales team for further support. From a regular monthly newsletter to a fine tuned investor strategy, which has resulted in meetings booked, our content marketing efforts helped Lendsmart better communicate with its audience and get results.
