We worked with Radish Health, a healthcare services business, to help them shift their business model during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Using data and testing, Radish sought to help organizations and people safely resume normal operations and return to work. We developed a personalized email marketing strategy with Radish to communicate this shift, drive them high-quality leads and keep their target market engaged, while nurturing new customers as well.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our work with Radish Health began with pivoting their business model to suit the most pressing needs of their target market. Working together, we were able to shift Radish Health into a COVID-19 services model, better positioning their brand for growth. We managed email marketing campaigns for Radish Health, built out an onboarding sequence for their customers, and provided ongoing communication for new products and services as changes came rapidly.
